Personal Training Club
Enjoy a month-to-month membership with flexible options that fit your goals, schedule and budget. Sign up for, adjust, freeze or cancel your membership at any time.
We know that memberships are not for everyone. We also offer individual training sessions that you can purchase one at a time. These a la carte sessions don’t expire, so you can use them at any time!

Policies and Procedures
Payments must be made by any major credit card.
Please show up on time, dressed and ready to train. If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a full session.
Clients should drink plenty of water and eat 1-2 hours prior to their training session.
Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will receive the same notice period if a personal trainer needs to cancel.
Members may not bring outside trainers into the fitness center.
